We'll arrive at your lodge in Amboseli, just in time for lunch. After lunch and some short relaxation at the camp, at 4:00 pm, we will have a game drive in the beautiful Amboseli National Park. Day 2Amboseli National Park Amboseli National Park We'll explore this scenic game reserve on a full day game drive from 7:00 am till 4:00 pm. Amboseli National Park is one of the most popular game parks in Kenya. The game park covers sprawling grasslands and the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Standing at 5896m above sea level, the snow-topped mountain forms the backdrop to game viewing in Amboseli, and the park hosts some of Kenya’s largest elephant herds. Amboseli is famous for its big elephant bulls with their impressive tusks. The park is considered one of the top game parks in Africa to get up close to elephants in the wild, as well as offer some of the finest photographic opportunities of wildlife, flanked by the scenic Mt Kilimanjaro. The park also boasts an abundance of birds, including bee-eaters, kingfishers, pelicans, African fish eagles, and falcons. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp. Day 3Amboseli to Lake Naivasha Amboseli to Lake Naivasha After breakfast at 7:00 am, proceed to Lake Naivasha via Nairobi. We will arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch and relaxation. You may proceed for boat ride or cycling in the Hell's Gate National Park in the afternoon at an extra cost. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge. Day 5Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara After breakfast at 7:00 am, we'll drive as we make our way to our next game viewing destination in Kenya, the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. We'll arrive at the camp in Masai Mara and have lunch, before embarking on a thrilling afternoon game drive at 4:00 pm in the reserve. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes, and elephants. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah—lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, and vultures. Day 6Masai Mara Fullday Masai Mara Fullday Have a full day of game viewing in Kenya's finest wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve. We'll spend the whole day on game drives which take us in search of Africa's Big Five and other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. The Mara reserve is filled with incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek Rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara, you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impalas, hartebeests and wildebeests. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the plains for their next meal.
