Day 1Nairobi to Amboseli National Park Nairobi to Amboseli National Park Our company representative will pick you up from the airport or your accommodation facility in Nairobi this morning and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Amboseli. On arrival, you will be met by our driver-guide and be transferred to your lodge located inside the park with a game drive en route You'll embark on your first afternoon game drive in the afternoon, exploring the acacia woodland, freshwater swamps, scrub brush, and open plains in search of wildlife returning at sunset. Amboseli National Park (392 sq km) is famously known for the breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain on earth and the tallest in Africa (5,895m). Amboseli is also an elephant’s paradise where the massive African savannah elephants roam from swamp to swamp, grazing all day. Other animals to be spotted here are cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests (gnus), gazelles, hippos, and many others. Amboseli National Park

Day 2Amboseli National Park Amboseli National Park You have an option of starting the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they're at their most active. Then, you'll return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch. You'll spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in camp, reading your favorite book, writing your journal about the safari, or just listening to your favorite music while observing the birds. Then, you'll head off again at 4:00 pm for another drive through the park. You'll return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay. The second plan is to leave the camp after breakfast, carrying your packed lunch to be enjoyed in the wild. You'll spend the whole day exploring the marshlands and swamps of Amboseli, which are fed by underground water channels. Water is abundant throughout the year and in the pasture. Elephants and various other herbivores are found here. You will retreat to the lodge late in the afternoon after a long exploration of this 392 km². Amboseli (Fly) via Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

Day 3Amboseli (Fly) via Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve Amboseli (Fly) via Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for the 8:30 am flight to Nairobi. On arrival, you will connect to the 9:15 am flight and fly over the rich coffee and tea plantations of central Kenyan highlands to arrive at Samaburu Airstrip. On arrival, you will be met by the Camptrek safaris tour driver-guide and be transferred to Sarova Shaba Samburu Game Lodge or (similar ) with a game drive en route in good time for lunch. At 4:00 pm, you will enjoy your first game drive within the park to introduce you to the Samburu special five, namely the Grevy zebras, reticulated giraffes, oryx, gerenuk, and the Somali ostrich. Later, you'll go back to the lodge/camp late in the evening. Samburu National Reserve

Day 4Samburu National Reserve Samburu National Reserve You'll depart for an early morning game drive in this reserve, whose breathtaking panorama, flora, and fauna are unique and endemic to Kenya’s Northern hemisphere. The reserve is rich in wildlife with a reputation for abundance in rare northern specialist species such as the Grevy zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, and many more, and return for your late breakfast. Then, you'll spend the middle of the day relaxing just like the animals do, read your favorite book or write your journal, and head out again at 4:00 pm as the day begins to cool. You will spot the Samburu special five before returning to the hotel/lodge/camp late in the evening. Day 5Samburu (Fly) to Masai Mara National Reserve Samburu (Fly) to Masai Mara National Reserve This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Samburu Airstrip for the 09:15 am flight to Masai Mara, which takes about 60 min. You will be met on arrival by our driver-guide and enjoy a game drive en route to your camp, arriving at the camp in good time for check-in and lunch. After lunch, you'll embark on your first game drive in this rich wildlife sanctuary, also known as the 'eighth wonder of the animal world', returning to the camp at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay. One of our favorite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That's because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats (lions, leopards, and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights. There's a very good chance you'll also see giraffes, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and, of course, impalas. Bring your binoculars, because more than 500 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. Day 6Masai Mara National Reserve Masai Mara National Reserve This is a full day spent wildlife viewing across the rich tree-studded grassland and rolling hills of the famous "Eighth Wonder of the Animal World". The Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game animals like leopards, cheetahs, and lions. It also has numerous elephants and virtually every other type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. You will have a full-day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve. Your lunch today is a picnic lunch box in the savannah under a flat-top acacia tree while watching the animals grazing. You'll continue with the wildlife viewing en route to your camp, arriving there late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah measuring 1,500sq km. You have the option of booking a balloon ride today, which takes off early in the morning. After landing, the crew helps you out of the basket and escorts you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast. It is a lifetime experience and worth the price. Masai Mara to Nairobi

Day 7Masai Mara to Nairobi Masai Mara to Nairobi After enjoying a leisurely breakfast, you will check out of your lodge, pack your belongings, and drive back to the Masai Mara airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi. Upon your arrival in Nairobi, your driver-guide will meet you and transfer you to the Giraffe Centre, where you can encounter these magnificent creatures. An Educator will provide you with food pellets made from corn, wheat, grass, and molasses to feed the giraffes up close. For an even more intimate experience, you can head up to the Feeding Platform. After you visit the Giraffe Centre, you will have lunch at either the Carnivore Restaurant or the Tamarind Restaurant. Following lunch, you will be dropped off at either the airport or your hotel in Nairobi, marking the end of your safari.
