Day 1Pick-up from Mombasa or Diani - Tsavo East Pick-up from Mombasa or Diani - Tsavo East You will be picked up from your hotel in Mombasa by your safari guide. Depart via the Mombasa–Nairobi highway, passing through semi-arid countryside. You will arrive at Tsavo East National Park via Buchuma Gate and begin your first game drive en route to the lodge. Spot wildlife such as red elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and antelopes. By 12:30 PM, check in at your lodge or tented camp. Lunch will be served at the lodge, and you will have time to relax and enjoy the lodge's amenities. At 4:00 PM, you will go on an afternoon game drive and visit Aruba Dam, a popular waterhole. Explore predator hotspots and open savannahs. By 6:30 PM, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Optional: Spend the evening at the waterhole viewing deck. Enjoy the sunrise over the savannah. 8:30 AM – Return to the lodge for breakfast. 10:00 AM – Optional visit to Lugard Falls or Yatta Plateau. 11:30 AM – Check out and begin your return journey to Mombasa. 1:30 PM – Stop for lunch at a local restaurant (optional). 3:30 PM – You will be dropped off at your hotel in Mombasa.
