Day 1Nairobi - Aberdare National Park Nairobi - Aberdare National Park You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport at 7:00 am and leave for Aberdare National Park. You'll arrive in time for lunch at the Aberdare Country Club after which you will proceed to the Ark Lodge. Picturesque, steep forested ravines and open moorland characterize the Aberdare National Park. This park provides a habitat for elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white Colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks among others. Rare sightings include those of the giant forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat and the blue duiker. You'll indulge in picnics, trout fishing in the rivers and camping in the moorlands.
