Day 2Samburu National Reserve Samburu National Reserve Early morning game drive before breakfast - Prepare yourself for an amazing region along the Ewaso Nyiro River, Samburu is home to some of Africa’s rarest game species. The river’s permanent waters abound with crocodile and hippo and attract plenty of wildlife including the shy beisa oryx, Grevy’s zebra, the long necked gerenuk antelope and the Somali ostrich. Cheetah, Leopard and lion are also found in the reserve too. Get ready for photo shooting and coverage as your game spotter leads you in search of the animals and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to photograph your sightings. Retire to the lodge for lunch and relax. In the evening, go forth on another game viewing. Overnight at Camp/Lodge (Full board basis).
