Aberdare - Samburu National Reserve

Day 2Aberdare - Samburu National Reserve Aberdare - Samburu National Reserve You'll leave the Aberdare ranges after breakfast and experience the view of Mt Kenya, the second tallest mountain in Africa, and a stop at the equator line on your way to Samburu for lunch. After lunch, you'll relax, then at 4:00 pm, you'll take a game drive in search of wildlife, e.g., Elephants, hippos, African buffalo, leopards, Giraffe antelopes, oryx, Gravy zebra, gerenuk (giraffe antelope), Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, among others. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the same lodge. Samburu National Reserve Game Drive

Day 3Samburu National Reserve Game Drive Samburu National Reserve Game Drive Early morning game drive at 6:00 am, followed by breakfast, then relax, swim as the day goes on. Later, you'll go for the afternoon game drive from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Worth not forgetting is the natural swimming pool inside the Samburu National Reserve. Kindly note that access to the natural swimming pool is only available from Buffalo Springs National Reserve. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the same lodge. Day 4Samburu - Nanyuki Samburu - Nanyuki At 8:00 am, you'll check out from the hotel, have breakfast, and depart for Nanyuki. You'll arrive around lunchtime. You will check in and enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, you can visit an animal orphanage (optional) or just relax from the long journey at the hotel. Nanyuki- Lake Nakuru National Park

Day 5Nanyuki- Lake Nakuru National Park Nanyuki- Lake Nakuru National Park After breakfast, you'll leave Nanyuki for Nakuru with a stopover at the Thompson Waterfalls in Nyahururu. After the falls, you'll proceed to Nakuru via the Great Rift Valley with scenic views of the tea and coffee plantations. In Nakuru, you'll check in and have lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive for wildlife, such as elephants, African buffalo, flamingos, and Rothschild giraffes. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to around 450 bird species. You will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, you'll go for a game drive in search of the Big Five: Elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and African buffalo/ as well as antelopes and many more in their natural habitats.
