On arrival, you will be taken to lodge or camp for relaxation. Later, you will go for a village walking tour with our professional guide to see various activities conducted by the villagers and learn about their culture. After completing the village tour, you will return to Africa Safari Selous for lunch. From 16:00 up to sunset, you will do a boat safari tour on the Rufiji River, the biggest and longest river in Tanzania. It is approximately 600 kilometers (370 miles) long, with its source in southwestern Tanzania and its mouth on the opposite side of the Indian Ocean. The river has many attractions including crocodiles, hippos, river cliffs, birds and more. The journey will start from the lodge or camp where you will be picked up by our professional drivers and guides. Today, you will get to enjoy various tourist attractions like spotting wildlife including elephant, zebra, giraffe, antelope and more. You will also see birds and other landscape scenery with varied topography including wetlands, dry grassland, light acacia forest and higher ground with vast views of far-off mountains. In the afternoon, you will get a packed lunch and some time to rest, then continue with the game drive. In the evening, you will return to accommodation for dinner and overnight and to prepare for the last day.
